Terms of Service

01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization, and "you" refers to both you and the organization.

02Early access & the Service

Rolo is offered on an early-access basis and is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable. We may impose usage limits, invite users in stages, or discontinue features at our discretion. Early-access functionality may be labeled as beta and provided for evaluation.

03Your account

To use most features you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at security@alphawatch.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

04Connected accounts

The Service works by reading data from accounts you choose to connect, such as email, calendar, professional networks, and messaging and contact services. By connecting a source, you authorize Alphawatch to read and process that data — and to prepare drafts for you to review — to provide the Service. Rolo does not send, post, or message on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right to connect each source and to allow us to process the data it contains, and that doing so does not violate any agreement or law that applies to you or your organization. You can disconnect a source at any time.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others, including privacy and data-protection rights.
• Connect data you are not authorized to access, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
• Upload malicious code or use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications.

06Your data

As between you and Alphawatch, you own the data you connect and the records the Service builds from it ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service for you and to comply with law. We handle Your Data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Your Data, and we do not use the content of your connected accounts to develop, train, or improve generalized or foundation AI/ML models.

07Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by Alphawatch and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

08Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Google, LinkedIn, X, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of Google APIs through Rolo is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy.

09Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that records and suggestions it produces will be accurate or complete. You are responsible for how you use the information the Service provides.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alphawatch and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alphawatch and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including in connection with data you connect.

12Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your license to use the Service ends and we will delete or de-identify Your Data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive termination.

13Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not subject to arbitration, and you waive any objection to venue there. Nothing in this section limits either party's ability to seek injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property or confidential information.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
